We’d love to help you find the fit that feels just right. That's why we offer one (1) free exchange per customer. There is nothing more important than getting you in the right Huug. 

Returns + Exchanges

• Opt-in for Checkout+ and get Free Returns + Exchanges within 30 days of receiving your items. Full details below.
• All returned/exchanged items must be unwashed and unworn with tags.
• If you opt-out of Checkout+, then you are responsible for the cost of returns. We still offer one (1) complimentary exchange per customer, because getting you into the right size Huug is most important!

Please note: Final Sale and Flash Sale items cannot be returned for exchange or refund. This includes all Huug panties, socks, and hair clips.

What is “Free Returns” Coverage?
When you opt-in for Coverage+ at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for a refund or exchange for free. If you decide not to buy return coverage you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label. All returns are subject to the guidelines outlined in our Return Policy.
