Exchange & Standard Return Policy
Your first return or exchange on any paid order is free, as long as the items are unworn, unwashed, and have their original tags attached, and your request is made within 30 days of delivery.
A $15 processing fee applies if:

Your first return or exchange on any paid order is free, as long as the items are unworn, unwashed, and have their original tags attached, and your request is made within 30 days of delivery.
A $15 processing fee applies if:
- You return or exchange an item that was already exchanged once, or
- You make a second return from the same order.
- Have their original tags attached
- Be unused and in sellable condition
- Include proof of purchase
Please note: for hygiene reasons, panties are final sale and can’t be returned or exchanged.
Bundles
For bundle purchases, bras are eligible for exchange only within 30 days if unworn and unwashed with tags attached. Panties included in bundles are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
