How soon after I place my order will I get my HUUG?
We ship Monday–Friday with our fulfillment partners. Orders placed before 12PM EST are typically shipped same day. Orders placed after 12PM ship the next business day. We currently ship to all US states. Standard Shipping (Free) to the lower 48 state
Why hasn't my tracking status updated?
While we work hard to choose logistics partners that get your HUUGs to you ASAP, packages can sometimes experience delays in transit, even if tracking doesn't show it. If you don't see movement for 3-4 business days after the most recent tracking
