Sometimes your HUUG is moving even when tracking isn’t.

Once your order leaves the warehouse, updates can pause briefly while the carrier processes it. This is normal, especially during transit handoffs or high-volume periods.

If your tracking hasn't been updated for 3–4 business days or if the tracking says delivered and you have not received, please reach out to us at [email protected] with your order number and we’ll look into it right away.
